How do we refund and cancel a submission in jotforms?

 How do we refund and cancel a submission in jotforms? Also, is there a way to transfer a payment to another event?

If you have forms integrated with 3rd platforms, for example, Authorize.net, Paypal, etc. All you need to do is to go to your merchant account in that platform, look for the payment made to you and proceed to cancel/refund.
