Review and Submit buttons not working

    Hello,

    I have a client who is not able to review their submissions when clicking the Review button. And another client who does not see the Submit button when they are in 'review' view.

    Hi,

    I checked and cloned your form then ran a test submission and I'm unable to replicate the problem.

    Kindly provide us the link of your form if it is embedded on a website? If not, it could be that the conditions on the form are causing the issues. It seems that some of the conditions have errors due to a missing field:

    Kindly try to fix the error or delete the conditions with errors. Then let us know if the issue still persists.

    Thank you so much for a thorough check. I will fix the errors. 

    Also, another client cannot review on a different form that has no conditional errors. Could you check this one?

    I was able to fill out the form and click on the Review button.

    If you receive more reports, please ask the clients what exactly they see and on which page.
