    We keep getting these messages when trying to submit the form. Can you help?

    That is because you have Paypal Checkout Integration in the form, but it is not connected to a Paypal account. The field is labeled as "My Products" in the form. You can fix that by connecting your Paypal account.

    Click Paypal > Click Settings > Click Connect with Paypal button:
