Cannot Access Submissions

    When I view my forms I cannot get access to submissions anymore. I have seen on a previous post (http://www.jotform.com/answers/129472-Can-t-get-access-to-any-submissions) to log into jotformeu.com which i have done and I got full access to my submissions there. What needs to be done for me to log on to Jotform and access submissions as normal?

    I made a test and was able to see the submissions using www.jotform.co (which is the domain where your forms are located )

    However, If login to  jotformeu.com did the trick, make sure you do this for now.

    You might also try login to www.jotform.com

    Also, can you please logout, clear your browser cache and log back in?

    I cleared my browser and cache and functionality returned to normal. Is there a reason for this and any way to prevent this happening in the future so I dont have to clear my cache?

    @JJMangan

    My advice would be to use www.jotform.com everytime you log in to your JotForm account. This should help prevent this issue. And, if you are having trouble with jotform.co domain, simply login your account, it should be fine. They are our official domains assigned to your location.

    Or, this could be an issue with the browsers cache sometimes so it is really necessary to clear your browsers cache if you are having trouble viewing any pages specially when they aren't updating or displaying properly.
