Hi there, the date question type has completely failed in our survey. We've had multiple reports from customers filling out the survey and can't fill out the date.

We apologize for inconvenience caused. The issue was related to your form cache.
I cleared your form cache and the Date picker field appears to be working on your Card Form now.
Please check/test again on you side. Let us know if issue still persist.
