Date question type completely broken in Card form

    Hi there, the date question type has completely failed in our survey. We've had multiple reports from customers filling out the survey and can't fill out the date. 1583438723Screen Shot 2020 03 05 at 12 Screenshot 10

    We apologize for inconvenience caused. The issue was related to your form cache.

    cleared your form cache and the Date picker field appears to be working on your Card Form now.
