Thank you for your message.
I have checked your account, and you have successfully upgraded to the Silver plan.
If you wish, you can now remove JotForm branding. You need to disable this from the account settings.
Please click on your image in the upper right corner, and click on Settings. Once the page loads, you will have the option at the bottom to disable Show "Powered by JotForm" on my forms under the JotForm Branding section:
