Unique ID is not working again. My form is http://www.jotformpro.com/MarilynLitt/lostdog
I got 3 froms with 1489. This makes our records impossible to process. This happened before to us a few weeks ago, but I thought you fixed it.

Problem has been solved by 05/17/2013 (problematic code was online for a few hours until we found it)
