Values associated with dropdown/multichoice are not passed to webhook

    Hi,

I'm checking whether JotForm will integrate with ClickUp via Integromat, and the "problem" I have is that ClickUp for prepared options stores GUIDs.

I entered associated GUIDs to dropdown and to multiple choice fields as a calculation value, however those selected values are not passed to the webhook.

Is there a way to send those values from JotForm?

    Best regards

    Jack

It is possible to connect JotForm with ClickUp via Integromat or Zapier.

    https://www.integromat.com/en/integrations/clickup/jotform

    https://zapier.com/apps/jotform/integrations/clickup

You can add a hidden dropdown ar multiple choice field to the form and set the options of this field to be the same as the calculation values from your other field. You can then populate the hidden field with conditional logic and pass the data from that field to ClickUp.

How to Insert Text or Calculation into a Field Using Conditional Logic

    Here is a demo form - https://form.jotform.com/200654693180051

The second field is shown, so you can see how the data is passed, but you can hide it on your form.

Feel free to test it and clone it

Also please note that my form will currently work properly only if you select one option or first two options in the first field. You will need to add more conditions to cover all the possible combinations that can be selected.
