Issue with Account - Saying over the quota

    Hi there!

    There seems to be an error with our account. On Feb 27, we had an event that sparked registration and payments that exceeded our free membership. We then upgraded to Bronze. After our event, we downgraded our membership back to free because as we are a school based organization and non-profit, we won't have another event or a huge membership signup until August when the next school year resumes. We just had someone try to join and it seems as though our account and jot membership is blocked and saying we reached our quota. When I look at our account it does not indicate this. Can you please take and look and resolve or let me know what the issue may be.
