How to remove values once it's selected by other users?

I need to create a situation with multiple venders, once the vender is selected, it no longer shows in the selection. This has to carry on to the next person whom logs in, for the next form. Its like we cant have multiple names applying at different times on the form.

To clarify, you want to remove the name in the dropdown value once other users have selected it? If so, unfortunately, it's not possible to remove values in the dropdown.

The values placed in the fields are static so you can't remove them using conditional logic.
