Why do I keep getting emails that my account is over limit and is disabled? I upgraded several weeks ago yet still get these messages via email.

    The subscription for Order reference number INT130430-1836-91938 , was purchased for your account


    That is why your other account dafacoo was never upgrade and keeps getting overlimited
