    I would like to see the visitor's location, operating system version and browser version.  This will help us tremendously with our customer support.  Is there a tool that can be integrated with JotForm?

    Thank you,
    Chuck

    Hi Chuck,

    Browser and OS information from the form submitter can now be captured. Here's how:

    1. Add a Hidden Box tool to your form

    2. Right click it and select "Show Properties"

    3. Set "Yes" on the Browser Info to display user's browser info on every form submission.

     Example Result: This is how your notification will look like:

    --------------
    Regarding on the user's location, you can use the following link appended with the ip tag {ip} on your form notification so it creates a clicklable link that would display all the IP details like Geolocation Information & Geolocation Map provided by whatismyipaddress.com.

    http://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/{ip}

    Example Result: http://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/83.163.23.228

    Let us know if you need further clarification in any of these guides. Thanks!

    Hello Johanna,

    Please be noted that "Hidden Box" is moved to widget section. You can search and add it in your form by clicking on the widgets tab. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hope this helps.

    Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
