How to add my own product images?

Thanks for responding but I do want to add my own images for my products. Also I wasn’t able to do my form I click on 5 designs to check the forms and after that didn’t let me finished because it’s asking for upgrade ?

To my understanding, you want to add an image to the products of the payment field. Here's a screenshot guide that you can follow:

1. Open your form.
2. Open the Payment Settings.
3. On the Product page, click the Image button.
