Can you please credit my account with the free form?

My account notes I have been credited 1 free form for a referral yet my forms max out at 25. Can you please credit my account? Thank you.

You've been awarded already as far as I could see. Please check again and let us know if you still can't create new forms.

I earned 1 free form a long time ago from a promo JotForm offered and 2 more recently, for a total of 28 forms: see 1st screenshot.
When I signed up in 2016, I was promised unlimited forms, so not sure why I lost that: see 2nd screenshot. Would really appreciate having that reinstated.
