There are no visible errors, but forms wont submit due to “there are errors in this form, please fix errors then submit.” Using ipads with safari and chrome (same error on both browsers). Have cleared web history and updated software to no avail.

You have this unsupported submit button from the classic form layout left when you switch to card form. That is causing the problem. I removed that. The form should work this time.

    Hi,
We tried again today and they are still giving us the same error. We are using this form on our iPads so not sure if that is the issue. We really need this resolved as we are a medical practice and have to get patient information. We tried adding an additional form element at the end and it still doesn’t work. Please help fix this.
    Thanks!

What's the iPad model you are using? It seems to work with iPad Pro 12.

Do you also notice a missing field when submitting the form? I can only think something like this happens. Is the signature part working to your end? I set that as non-required, would you mind checking again?

    Hi,
I am not a coder but I've done a bit of html as a blogger and figured out
the problem by looking at the code. There was an issue with the calendar
widget so I removed that question and changed it to a simple short answer
question. I hope this helps you figure this problem out for others if you
come across it again. At any rate it seems to be fixed now on our devices
as of 10 minutes ago when I changed the question format.
    Thanks,
    Carrie Tracy

Thank you for the hint, but I was able to submit it twice. I think I got it now, but that seems an input problem. Are you typing the date manually?

I still recommend the date picker since your current method is to type it on short text entry. It is not an error-free.

Please disregard my last message. I just found out there is an update with the date picker on card forms. Clearing the cache should have fixed it. I did it for you. Feel free to add it back.
