Login in attempt limit

    I tried logging into my account to access my form submissions.  My password is saved in my google browser.  My first attempt it said user name or password is wrong.  So I tried again - failed and requested a reset.

    No email came to reset so I tried again and again.  I don't understand why it is not allowing me to login.  Now I have exceeded the login in limit.  Can you please help me?

    I don't recall ever changing my password in the 2 months since I joined.
