I am not receiving the submitted forms to my email

    The only way I receive an email of a form submitted is when I use the test option. When forms are acutally submitted, I don't receive it in my email even though I set it up to be sent to my email account. Please help!

    I checked your form's notification setup and don't see any issue with it. I checked our email server logs and see that we do send the emails but its getting Deferred.

    /var/log/mail.log:May 21 14:39:10 us-app2 sm-mta[18896]: r4LIDIVm010591: to=<elliottquartet@aol.com>, delay=00:25:52, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=esmtp, pri=306324, relay=mailin-01.mx.aol.com., dsn=4.0.0, stat=Deferred

    Request you to please change the "Sender Email" of your notification to "noreply@jotform.com" and see if that helps you.
