Can I make a paypal payment optional?

Asked by DYS on May 21, 2013 at 02:45 PM

I'm creating a form for a youth camp sign up. People will be able to choose to pay by credit card via paypal OR send a check. I'd like the form to be submitted either way. But for the people who want to send a check, I don't know how to create a submit button without it automatically going to paypal.

    Here's a link.

Please let me know the best way to go about this.

My second idea was to create two forms:

    One for regisration with paypal.

    One for regisration without paypal.

We have a guide for that: How to set up paypal along with other payment options

In that guide you will learn how to create payments with different options using conditions. e.g. pay by Paypal, pay by check or pay over the phone.

Let us know if you come across any issues with this. Thanks!
