It would be great to have an edit link in the grid view.
Furthermore it would be nice to have the ability to catagorize submissions and the ability to manage this from grid view. An example of usage would be marking form submissions as open/closed or answered/unanswered.

Hi Cory, I've added your suggestion to our list as a Feature Request. Our Development Team will look into this for consideration as soon as they get a chance.

I have found a possible solution to managing submissions as tasks by using http://www.producteev.com/. Their "Mail-To-Task" system takes an email and turns it into a task. From there you can mark them open/closed, assign users and set scheduled due dates.
I'm in the testing phase right now and producteev is migrating user accounts because they were recently acquired by jive.com but so far it looks like a great working relationship between jotform and producteev.

Sounds good, thank you for sharing this solution with producteev.com.
In case you can manage submissions from the form Submissions page, we have there a Flag section and Edit option.

UPDATE: After much testing Producteev resulted in too many bugs, even after their migration. I have since started using Asana (www.asana.com) and it works great. Bringing my form submissions in as tasks has really helped with centralized management for our team.

We're building a new Asana Integration, and we would really appreciate your input.
The integration connects your JotForm to Asana, and can create anything from tasks/projects/teams/stories.
We'd like you to take a look at what we've come up with, and share your input/feedback.
Let us know.
