Unable to view uploaded files from an email

    I am trying to put the upload button on my file but when i did a test to myself i recieved the email to me and the others that it should go to but the attachments do not open.  see the screenshot.  however, when i got a copy of it as the sender of the form to my other email the attachments open?  why?

    If you are accessing the file from an email that is opened on a browser where your Jotform account is also logged in, then you will be able to access the file. However, if you are accessing the file on a browser where you are not logged in to your Jotform account then, it will show you the error shown in your screenshot.

    This is due to the Privacy settings of your account.

    If the option in the red box in my screenshot above is checked in your account, it will require that you log in first to your account before you can view the uploaded files in your form. Unchecking the option will do otherwise.
