Why my form is showing "Order ID is missing" error message?

What is that mean to the form created after fill in and submission

That error message occurs when you don't click on the PayPal Checkout button before submitting the form.

Also, please add a submit button to your form. You need the submit button because the user will be redirected to the form after making payments/completion of the transaction.
