Was my new card accepted or not?

i need to know if my new card accepted or not?? because i received an email of payment not going through. 

According to our records, the payment was incomplete. Your subscription will automatically downgrade on March 16, 2020 since the upgrade wasn't completed. If you make another upgrade and if successful, the downgrade schedule will be automatically removed.
