Incomplete Values error

    Good Morning,

    I seem to be getting the incomplete values error on some of the submissions, but not others. I'm unsure why. Is it possible for someone to take a look at this for me please?

    Can you please share to us a screenshot of the error message you are getting. Usually it will state what fields are having problems.

    Kindly share to us a sample Drop Number as well where you were able to encounter the error. We would also like to make test submissions on your form.

    I have just made a test submission on your form but was not able to replicate it.

    Can you please share to us the details of the device and the browser you are using.

    Also, please share the Drop Number that you used as well as some notable inputs you have made.

    Hi Vanessa,

    this is happening on different drop numbers on different devices. 

    I have a team of 15 drivers replicating the same issue on this form. 

    they are using iPhone 6/7/8 and Samsung Galaxy A10. 

    Is this anything to do with the volume going through the form? Also could it have anything to do with the image uploads? 

    I need this form to work sufficiently as we get paid by the form ie proof of delivery. When the drivers are clicking back the form is freezing and not showing any relative information to the inputted data.

    I've cloned your form made test submissions both in Android and iPhone 8 but was not able to replicate the issue.

    I checked your form analytics and don't think that this is related to the number of submissions you received as we have other users that has way more traffic than you have and is doing fine.

    As for the image upload, are you referring to the Take Photo widget for the finished product photos? If yes, I made a test submission on your form and did not encounter any issues with it. If you are referring to another field, please share a screenshot.

    Meanwhile, can you please confirm if the form is embedded? If not, is this the URL you are using, https://form.jotformeu.com/200354369443353? I noticed on your last screenshot the URL is https://eu.jotform.com. Kindly provide us the exact URL you are using to fill out the form so we can try to replicate the issue.

    In the meantime, I have cleared your form cache. Kindly clear your browser cache as well.
