I need conditions to work for individual fields within a group

Asked by SDroberta on May 21, 2013 at 05:55 PM

I am using part of the order form template to provide the user up to seven chances to register for a class.

I would like to make it conditional so that if the user registers for one class, the option to register for the second will appear, and so on.

As it is I can't hide these individual fields, only the group of them, which doesn't help me at all.

I can't really break the group up because it is creating a total that I need to send to paypal, and I don't want to break it.

Is there a way to work around this? I know a bit of scripting, is there a way I can edit the javascript?

I am just developing the form on your site right now to see if it will work for my needs. It is for selkirkdance.org

    Thanks for your time

    Hi,

Yes this isn't currently possible on the form builder but I think this is doable by injecting some scripts to your form source code, thus if you are OK with form source code embedding. How to get your Form Source Code. Before we start, would you please confirm if what you want to achieved is this?

If product 1 is checked, show product 2

If product 2 is checked, show product 3

If product 3 is checked, show product 4

    and so on....

So by default, only the product 1 is displayed on the form?

We would also need you to finalize the form first so we can test the form accordingly. Is this the form you are working on? http://www.jotform.me/31406056528249.

We'll wait your reply. Thank you!
