Unable to see uploaded documents via email link

    Hi, 

     

    When we first created our form we were able to see the resumes and cover letters that were uploaded.  Now we are not able to.  We get this error in our browswer:

    This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

    Hi,

    I've check your form submissions and I am able to download all the uploaded document there. Which file download link is not working for you? What is the submission ID?

    Please try to clear your browsers cache then download again.

    Here is the form I am having issues with. I have cleared my cache and it is still giving me an error:

    Hi,

    Here are the files for that particular submissions - I have download them and uploaded to my own support repository:

    It is weird as I am able to do it on my end even using my non-support account (via download link). I suggest you to clone the form and use the cloned version instead then let us know if that will happen again.
