Form over quota

    We have been receiving multiple reports that our Jotforms under the mintdentistry account is giving users the following error:

    Form over quota

    Please advice.

    In addition, the mindentistry account should have an "upgraded version" that allows a substantial amount of submissions.

    Hi @Mint1!

    I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

    After checking the account mindentistry, I have found that the account and forms are not currently over quota. When accessing the links that you provided I was able to see the forms without any issues. The account mindentistry is on the Gold subscription, which means that its usage limits for submissions are up to 100,000 per month.

    Can you kindly attempt to view the forms again and let us know if the issue persists? Also, are the forms embedded on any websites and if so, could you please provide us with the links to the websites?

    I do suggest that you try clearing your browser's cache to ensure that there isn't any cached data causing this issue. I have already cleared your form cache from my end as well.
