My form "Medication Authorization - Current" is based on a pdf that was uploaded. But the original pdf doesn't work well with captured information, because I've used a configurable list that doesn't translate back to the original pdf neatly.
So I created a new PDF document using the PDF Editor, and it works well. But I can't figure out a way for users to preview/print their responses with this format. Every option I can find for them to print pdf or view pdf reverts back to the original, which doesn't show an important component of their answers.
Can this be done? https://www.jotform.com/build/200636788699071

You can attach the PDF Document in your form's autoresponder so submitters can download them when they received the autoresponder message.
Guide: How to include submissions as PDF attachment in the email notifications?
I can see in your form that you've enabled PDF Attachment, make sure to check the PDF that you want to attach.
