I think my forms integrate initially, but then stop...here is an example...the google doc doesn't have the last few days of submissions. HELP!

I checked your form. Request you to please grant public access to your google spreadsheet so that we can have a look.
Have you tried removing the current integration and adding it again? That should help you.
But, currently we have a technical glitch where you will not be able to create any new google spreadsheet integration. Our technical team is already working on it. Once this issue is resolved, request you to please remove the current google spreadsheet integration and add it again.
Let us know if you continue to have this issue.

I would suggest to re-integrate your form first to Google Spreadsheet, this usually helps fixed this issue. Simply remove the current integration and integrate it again.
To share the spreadsheet, open it and click "Share" button found at the upper right corner of the page.
I hope the re-integration helps. Please update us. Thanks!
