Account profile changes

    Hi There,

    My name is Mina DiSora, I'm taking over for an ex employee Pim Kongkham.  I've updated our credit card information as that has changed.  I also need to delete Pim from the account, however, I want to be certain I did not miss any steps.  This was an email response I received from JotForm. Please advise if it's ok to delete Pim at this time. and assist me with making changes to the ID & Password.

    Landrykling gave you access to some forms on JotForm. You must first create an account on JotForm to access these forms.

    If you have access to the account "Landrykling", then you can make all the required changes (email, password, etc.) in the account profile page - https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile.

    However, when changing the username (if required), you will need assistance from our end. If yes, please do let us know.
