    Hello,


    My account is suspended. Why? Can I get reinstated please

    Your account is suspended as the form "200687183525054 Howard Johnson Credit Card Authorization" was found collecting credit card details via plain form fields.

    This is in violation of our Terms and also our PCI compliance. 

    If you want to collect payments from your customers, you can use any of our authorized payment processors in your form.

    Else, if you want enable authorization to collect payments from your customers at a later date, you can also do that using our payment processors. Here is a related guide for that: https://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization 

    Hence, we will need to remove the above fields from your form to activate your account.
