My jotform form won’t open. It’s there but looks blurry ?

    I just tested and was able to open the form with no problem. It could be because of your internet connection. Can you please check your connection speed and try when you are sure the connection is fine.

    Also, you can try clearing the form caches, just to be safe: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache

    I am able to open it on my pc. But not my iPhone.

    I have cleared your cache form. 

    Kindly try to open your form in another browser or incognito.
