Hello, to many mails send from jotform to our mail address info@centomiglia.be (one.com) are considered as spam.
One.com send us following:

I can see that in your forms, you have set up the Sender email as your custom email itself. Try using an SMTP setup as your Sender email - that way emails will be sent from your mail server.

OR you can use noreply@jotform.com as the Sender email and white list JotForm IPs and domains to avoid flagging as spam by one.com: Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains
