monday.com integration: Date time field value is differing with -5 hours with form submission data

    seem to be having an issue with the DateTime field reflecting the correct time in the transfer over to monday board, -5 hours off. assumed one platform might be set to GMT, but both jotform and monday.com are set to the correct time zone, and the integration with google calendar (also set to the correct time zone) reflects the correct time when it creates the appointment. any idea how to remedy the monday time disparity?

    We see that your Jotform account is set to CDT. I think the issue is with monday.com API which allows the input in their default timezone UTC.

    Could you also check with monday.com support in this regard? Meanwhile, we'll also check from our end and get back to you with relevant information.
