My form editor does not properly work, and its been over a month since I have asked for help with no fix to any of my issues....

    I have contacted support through the forum multiple times about the issues I have with my form builder. 

    I have been very patient, as I have been able to do a few other projects on my end- but now this is affecting project completion and I cannot wait much longer.

    I can not make edits to my forms, things don't save, I have to repeat the changes multiple times. I click things and the website crashes and gives me a white page.

    I have been told that the issue was escalated and it was a priority- but if a month wait time is priority then I feel bad for people if you consistently make them wait this long.

    We had the plan to purchase the upgraded account once I had gotten everything together and had the form approved on our end- and I CANNOT complete the form because every time I go in a new glitch shows up. 

    I have created copies of the forms and changed a bunch, it will work fine, then it crashes. Can this be put on an actual priority list? I am at my wits end, and I really want this to work- but it's not looking good at this point...

    We are truly sorry for the trouble caused and understand your concern.

    I can see that you are referring to the issue: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2133751-Form-cannot-save-any-edits- that was escalated to our developers.

    As I check the thread, it has been set on priority to be fixed. I'll also send out a reminder to our developers and Manager to check this update. Once there is an update, we will update you on the above thread.
