    Thanks for contacting us!

    You can accomplish 2 column form using Shrink method. You have to shrink question1 and question2 please see image below.

    Here is the demo form.

    You may also want to refer to this guide Form-Field-Positioning.

    Please let us know if you need further assistance. Thanks.

    the problem I am having is with a comments field and a drop down. I would like them on the right hand side instead of the left but when I move them over the other Fields do not line up.
    What do I need to do?

    Hi,

    I've cloned your form and made some workaround on it. Can you please take a look at this?

    @aandztechdotcom

    Insert a table first with two columns so you can arranged the image properly. Afterthat, simply insert the images on the two cells. You can use the following table code and insert it on the HTML source editor.

    <table border="1" bordercolor="#FFFFFF" style="background-color:#FFFFFF" width="100%" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="3">

    <tr>

    <td><img src="IMAGE URL" /></td>

    <td><img src="IMAGE URL" /></td>

    </tr>

    </table>

    Simply replace the IMAGE URL to your image direct link. e.g. http://www.site.com/image/image.png

    Here's a screen.

    Let us know if you have further inquiry. Thanks!
