    Why do I need to send myself a password reset every time?

    Dear jotform i have been experiencing this issue for a number of weeks now.Each and every time I need to log in to my account I seem to have to reset my password and it is getting annoying.Can you fix that please.

    I am sorry but, we don't change password automatically.

    I checked your account and see that your account is in OVERLIMIT status. I see you have already received 157 non secure submissions and free accounts can only receive 100 submissions in a month.

    You may have to upgrade your account or wait for start of next month when the submission counter gets reset.

    My account is not free I paid 10 dollars that's why I went over the limit
    I am going to upgrade it today. And if it continues what are you going to
    do to fix it.

    I cannot replicate the same error in my end. Please make sure you have entered the correct login access. Can you please try to use other browser such as google chrome and firefox. If the error persist, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
