Hello Adalto, I took a look at your Account and it is currently showing that you've gone over the Submission Limit for the Free Account you have. I didn't see any recent Premium Upgrade for your Account. I only found a Subscription for a Yearly Premium that was ordered on April 21st, 2013 but then it looks like this was charged back to you on May 12th, 2013 so because of this your account returned to a Free Account Status.
If you've recently upgraded can you please provide us with your Order Ref# so that we can locate the order to make sure everything is in order for your account? Otherwise you need to do one of the following.
(A) Wait for your Monthly Reset for the Free Plan which is on the first of each month.
(B) You can Upgrade to make this reset take effect quicker so that you can continue getting more submissions for your forms. You can Upgrade in the Upgrades/Billing in your Account Section or also in our Pricing Plans Section as well.
