Submissions not appearing in MailChimp Audience

    Jotform says account is verified and integration setup was successful... tests show submissions in Jotform but not in associated audience in MailChimp.  Thanks.

    Hi,

    I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    I have tried creating a test form with MailChimp integration and was able to see the added audience in MailChimp.

    I have tried clearing your form cache and sent a test submission to your form. Can you please confirm if it now reflects in your MailChimp audience?

    It was because there was not a corresponding field for “birthday" even though the integration let me add it… so I am not sure but after I removed that field from the integration it starting working…?

    I have tried adding a Date Field (mm-dd-yyyy) to my test form, sent a submission and the field Birthday appeared on my MailChimp Audience. I think MailChimp is sensitive with data formatting that they don't accept if it's only Birth Month.

    We do need to add the birthday field on the MailChimp side.?

    Hello,

    I believe what you need to add is a Date picker field to have a format that will be recognized on MailChimp side. After adding one, re-try integrating your form to MailChimp.

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
