Mark over the uploaded image on the form

Are you able to add an image to a form, and then mark over the image? 

EX: You have an image of a face, and you need to circle the cheeks and forehead to show areas of concern during a skin consultation. 

I'm not sure if this will help you with what you are looking for exactly, but I would suggest that you try our Draw on Image widget.
