    Where is my forms?

    Just logged in to create a new form, and none of my forms are visible! Luckily, they are still appearing on my websites for now, but in jotform, it is like I never created one.

    Also, if you try to click on any lick after clicking on "my forms" it doesnt work.  Least for me it doesnt.

    @georgeb

    I just checked your account and don't see any issue with that. When I clicked on "My Forms" i was able to see the list of your forms.

    Request you to please clear your browser cache. That shoul solve your issue.

    Same here. The Pricing link seems to be working, albeit slowly, and I can access the acount pages from there, then but not the forms.

    I just just cleared the cache logged back in again but the problem remains. Can't see any of my forms. Somethings funny is going on smewhere but it doesn't seem to be at my end. All my other pages and sites seem to be working fine.

    everything in firefox clears when I exit out.  but I still see nothing.

    the integrate with box thing I am sure is what is causing it.  I clicked for it to disappear, but it keeps popping up.

    Now even the login button isn't working so I have to email this.
    May Jotform needs to reboot its server. The problem is certainly not at our end.

    guys, you have to block the image with either adblock pro, or something else. 

     

    I just did that, and now my forms show back up.

    @georgeb - I clicked on the button to not display that pop-up box message but the problem still persists. I have a paid subscription so I expect Jotform to disable from their end, assuming that is causing the problem.

    Hi Guys,

    I am a member of the development team. I issued a fix for this 5 mins ago which hopefully resolves this problem. If you cleared you cache before 5 mins ago you will need to do it again for the fix to work on your end.

    If there are still problems after you have done this. Please let me know

    Ok, can see the forms but the checkbox for disabling the Box Integration message pop-up message doesn't show. I checked it once to get rid of it for the Forms page, moved away to the Support page, came back to the Forms page and the message was there again, but no check box to get rid of it.

    Also, pages are loading very slowly.

    Just after my previous post, went back to the Forms page and the problem is back again. Or it could be that the system is just very very slow and so to us it seems like it is not responding. Either way, I can't see my forms.

    Nothing is working as it should. All very erratic. Sometime the form shows, mostly all I see is a blank white canvas. From the Forms page, only the Pricing link at the top is active - can only get to the Support forum from the Pricing page. 

    Wasted afternoon.

    Safari. Same as I have been using all right from the start. 

    just before posting this, I went to the Forms and it showed up as I expected. Links also seemed to work just now, so maybe its back on its feet again.

    Working a bit better now but I noticed that the Pop p message box in the bottom left corner has gone, so that may well have been causing the problem. Having said that it is erratic - a moment ago I couldn't see the forms, then I refreshd the page and they appeared (but page loaded very slowly), came to this page and the menu bar at the top showed a Login button instead of the bust icon for the account (I hadn't logged out). So then tried the Forms page and that worked but couldn't get the Support link to work and so had to come here via the Pricing page. 

    Still still a little iffy.

    Also, I sometimes come to a page which says 500 Internal Server Error. It just happened again, I cliked backbutton and added this line.
