Locked Out of my account for Phishing

    Hi there,

    My name is Amelia. I work for James M. Fisher Construction. We use jotforms to ask clients about the type of damage their property (home, landscape, etc) has sustained in fires and other natural disasters.

    My account was locked for suspected Phishing. We are not phishing. We are not asking for any information relating to our clients. We ask them for example how many windows were damaged in the fire and what type of windows these were.

    Please help me unlock my account.
