Google drive integration: Option to customize folder name is not working.

Currently this step doesn't seem to be working

4. On the next step, you can customize your folder names. Click the "pencil" icon to select the fields as your custom folder name or input your own custom folder name. Click the "Apply" button to save the selections.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did clone your form and test this issue by integrating it with google drive. I was able to customize folder name by selecting form field. Please check the screenshot below:
