Error message: Form disabled. Form not found.

 i was working on a credit card authorization form. published it, filled out the form to test it out. i noticed there were some other information that i wanted to include. so i went to edit it some more. once i was finished i wanted to see if i came out correctly so i selected the option to view the document, only to realize that the document was not found and disabled. i closed out of it and went back to my forms to see if that would clear the problem, but that didn't seem to help. i then tried to publish it and open another link again it came up as form not found this form is disabled. i checked the FAQ section its seems my account has been suspended. help please i really needed this form asap 

I did check your form and it seems now you have added authorize.net payment tool in your credit card authorization form. 

Please note that we have anti-phishing filter which was triggered when you used terms "Credit card Authotization" in form. I have gone ahead and activated your account and your forms are back online. 

Do try to sign in to your JotForm account and get back to us if you have any trouble. I would also suggest you to please use some other title in form.
