Cancel Annual Subscription

    Hi there,


    By way of introduction, I work within the Marketing team at Zenith Payments.


    We have realised the invoice for the annual subscription fee was issued last month which was processed by our Accounts team. However, as this is a platform we no longer use, we would like to cancel the subscription and receive a refund for the remaining months please?

    If this is approved, please can you let me know via email ahead of cancelling?

    Hi Hanaa, it seems you're referring to the account zenithpayments.

    If possible, kindly login to that account and request for the downgrade.

    We would gladly refund the recent renewal for your Silver yearly last Feb 1,2020.
