Show a list of who has registered on form.

Hope i can explain this clearly.  

We want to show a list of who has registered for each division (low novice, high novice, intermediate, upper) and position on the form.  This way when someone comes to register they can see not only who has registered already but how many spots are remaining.  Is this an option on the form we currently have?

I believe that all of the above widgets will allow the respondents to pick from the items.

I would recommend you to use the Quantity Gift Registry widget. We have many clients who use it. It is good for forms, which have a limited list of items that need to be picked or selected. When the items on your list have run out, the widget will cross out the item as unavailable.
