Hi,
Would the forms end from Jotform to the client be secured with SSL?

All forms created in JotForm is default SSL.
To clarify, are you referring to the embedded forms or the submission data?
Regardless of your plan, all your forms are served across protected 256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection that uses a SHA256 Certificate. This is the same level of protection used by online banking or e-commerce providers.
You can check this guide for more information regarding our security.

AnytimeOutsourcingReplied on March 11, 2020 at 12:29 PMHi,
We are just setting the Jotforms for various reasons in the office; one of them is direct debit info collection. Bank requirement is that the client sees it as secured by SSL and I just wasn’t sure. I need to confirm to the bank as we will be collecting clients bank details via the forms.
If you could confirm I would appreciate it.
Regards
Hanna

We are Payment Credit Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Service Provider Level I certified.
The highest security attainment you can have as a business that collects payments from, and integrates with, credit cards.
However, we don't allow collecting banking or credit card information in the form.
You may however use our available payment integration to authorize payments or sell products.
