Hi,
we've received two jotform submissions and have it integrate with box. however, we do see the folder created on box. can this be fixed?

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Can you confirm that the issue you are having is that you are "not" seeing the submissions in your Box account for the following forms you have linked?
I have tried the Box integration on a cloned version of your form but I was not able to reproduce the issue.
