Unable to enter date in Date Picker

    On my Apportionment request form for the last week or so we have been getting calls occasionally about not being able to complete the Date of Birth section on the form. This sections must be completed to submit the form. My staff have tried and got the same thing using multiple different browsers.  All that comes up is a calendar icon and you cant click it.  It's working today, but someone ran into the same problem yesterday. The problem seems to be intermittent, but very frustrating to clients when they can't make an appointment.

    Another thing we keep having to change the DOB to be day/mo/year, but it keeps coming back on the submitted form as year/mo/day.

    There was a temporary issue with the Date Picker fields in Card forms. The issue should be already fixed by our developers.

    Could you please let us know where you are having this issue? For example, the Submissions page, Inbox, Emails, or PDFs?
