When I try to add an Authorize.net payment transaction into my form and I run the required test to set this up, I get an error message that says "This account does not have the permissions required for this request". Does that mean my Jotform account doesn't have the proper permissions? If so, how do I change that? And, if it means that my Authorize.net account doesn't have hte proper permissions, how do I change that?
A speedy reply would be much appreciated!

Is this - https://www.jotform.com/11035601950 - the form in question? Well, I logged in to your account and tested the integration for taht particular authorize.net payment tool and I received a "Test Integration Successful" message. Here is a screenshot of the said message:
