    drupal problem

    Asked by jshifflet89 on April 16, 2011 at 12:11 PM

    Hi,

    I have tried multiple ways of embedding a jot form on Drupal with no sucess. I used the embed for drupal tool that you have and followed the instructions step by step. What I end up with is a page that actually displays the code:

    p.p1 {margin: 0.0px 0.0px 18.0px 0.0px; line-height: 22.0px; font: 15.0px Georgia; color: #0fc3ed} span.s1 {color: #494949} span.s2 {text-decoration: underline ; color: #0fc3ed}

    <script src="http://form.jotform.com/jsform/2310525919"></script>

     But nothing else. The page is set to full html mode and I am using Drupal 7. Any ideas of how to make this work?

    Hi jshifflet89,

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the inconvenience. May we ask what exactly happens that's jeopardizing your website?

    I would always recommend the Iframe Embed Code if there are formatting issues or conflicting scripts after embedding the JotForm form to the webpage. Kindly try using the Iframe Embed Code and let us know if it works for your Drupal site or not.

    Please let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you for using JotForm!

    Hi guys,

    I don't currently have access to a Drupal 7 instance but speaking from Drupal 6 experience, this looks like you are filtering the content on the page (Filtered HTML is the default option when posting).  Have a look at the input options on the same page that you are adding the content to.  One of them should be for full HTML, or PHP if you have enabled that.

    Thanks,

    Daniel
